Over $18k Lien on a house spent with her “dead husbands money” to an accidental house fire started with “improper disposal of a cigarette” and using her twins father, her fiancé’ at the times income and credit to rebuild their home. She submitted the mortgage but not the new Deed to Registry of Deeds and now holds him financially hostage because she refuses to refinance without his name or put him on the Deed so he can use the equity to buy a home for him and his boys. They have been separated for 5 years now. The only thing left she can control. I was asked to share since she likes to use “He’s trying to take my home that I paid with my dead husbands money” mind you she is the reason that house she is talking about burned down. It burned down in 2016. Then the lien was released.

She uses the dead husband card a lot to get out of EVERYTHING and gain sympathy. Mind you its been 20 years and she’s been engaged 2 or 3 times since and had twins with someone else.

Who sends their mortgage to Registry of Deeds? Weird.
