Defamation of character is a false, unprivileged statement of fact published to a third party that causes injury to a person’s or entity’s reputation. It includes spoken (slander) and written (libel) forms, often resulting in civil lawsuits for damages, including financial loss or emotional distress.
Over four years now I’ve tried to be the bigger person. I’ve had slip ups of course, but after years of individuals lying about me, my character and my children and getting away with it, I’m done. According to an individual its all public knowledge and easily accessible anyways.
In 2022, the twins brought bullets to school from their mothers house. DHHS got involved, again. Derick filed a PFA that day and took control of the boys well being temporally. This is when the Parental Rights legally started. When DHHS came to the apartment Derick was informed he was “flagged”.
Alison had already informed me of these accusations from Megan and herself. I didn’t believe them, because why would she still allow him to live in her home after, why would she allow her boys to be around him for years after? Megan had asked to stay in his apartment when she was kicked out of hers, she still talked to him and was on his phone plan. None of this was being brought up until after he/we stopped doing what Alison wanted. Plus, Derick had said Alison and Megan said they overreacted.
Derick told Jocelyn S., the DHHS case worker, he had no knowledge of being flagged. She gave him copies and the papers to appeal it. She explained that there was no evidence for what he was being accused of. She said the caseworker who was working their case in 2019 quit and the next person closed with him being “flagged”. Eventually the ruling was overturned, but Alison starting running her mouth online calling him a predator and a child molester, again. So, he wrote a Cease and Desist letter and delivered it to her with police present and she still refused to retract her statements on Social Media. He took her to Small Claims Court.
Below is the Court Transcript. 60 pages. The DHHS case worker was his witness and Megan was hers. I submitted screenshots for Derick to use along with Josh’s, and James for evidence. Since Alison claims mine were “heavily edited” I provided a screen recording of our entire conversation. How the F*ck do you heavily edit messages? I mean, thank you for thinking I’m that smart I guess. I’ve also added screenshots of his and her conversations during that time he was accused. I don’t know who that man was that she talks about. To be honest I think they are both really shitty people in their own way, but I know he has never been inappropriate with my daughter. He has never even hugged her.
To clear the lies she says about me in this situation. She claims Megan has reached out to me and given me her number. Not true. I haven’t spoken to Megan since Gabo was an infant, when I stopped by to see Alison while I was in Maine. 18 years ago.
She claims she has shared documents from DHHS and the claims against Derick with me. Not true. I haven’t received anything from her. Not a paper, not an email, not a text, not even a screenshot of what she claims.
She claims that all of these documents are public knowledge and can be accessed online or I can go down and get a copy. For someone who speaks so highly and knowledgeable, she’s really dumb. Megan was under age (16). Its sealed. Derick can’t even get a copy and he’s part of that case. Why on earth would you think it’s “public”.
To this day she has not brought one piece of evidence to court. She claims she has all of this evidence but does not submit any. Hasn’t shared any.
I’ve also shared unrelated messages between them during that timeframe of accusations.
I don’t know what to believe. These statements should never be made if not true. Its serious. I’ve never seen this side she accuses him of being. There was no evidence brought to DHHS. She never brought any of it to my attention till she was angry and not getting her cocaine and “babysitter”. She never brought evidence to court.
